How weird is it that her parents were killed in the accident that also killed his brother. And how awful Bobby must feel that his brother was driving! But should he feel badly? Yes, it was his brother driving, but it wasn't HIM. Is he responsible for Billy's behavior? It's weird how guilt works!

Hi Wes & Colby - are you guys liking the book? (It's ok if you aren't.) I wonder if you might want to talk about what's the point of the Diving chapters. What do readers get from reading them? And do you get the feeling that the writing of them is different? They seem to be kind of like under-water....muddy or fuzzy somehow. Let me know what you think.
